Custom CRM + business flow management
We build customer management and your day-to-day operations into one custom system. From the first enquiry to team tasks, approvals and billing — with the flow your business needs.
Hosting, messaging, third-party services, optional maintenance and future changes are priced separately. We confirm costs before work starts.

Walk us through your current process, spreadsheets, tools and the problems you want to solve.
Review the modules, integrations, data migration, milestones, ownership and ongoing costs.
Review the system with your team, validate the workflow and complete training and agreed deployment.
It combines customer records and follow-ups with the way your business operates: job allocation, approvals, service delivery, billing and reporting. Curve Metrics maps your process first, then builds the agreed modules around it.
Yes. Share your spreadsheets, current tools, forms and the steps your team follows. We identify roles, stages, exceptions and approvals, then agree a workflow before development. You can start with the most important process and add other modules later.
Our custom CRM approach uses a one-time development fee for an agreed scope, without a recurring Curve Metrics CRM licence fee. Hosting, domain renewals, WhatsApp messaging, third-party APIs, optional maintenance and later feature changes are separate costs. We confirm these in the proposal.
Price and delivery time depend on the number of workflows, user roles, integrations and migration requirements. After reviewing your process, we provide a scoped quotation, milestones and delivery estimate. There is no single price or timeline that fits every business.
Yes, where appropriate, using the official WhatsApp Business Platform or a supported provider. Updates can be linked to agreed workflow events, such as job status or follow-up reminders. Customer consent, template approval, provider charges and platform rules apply.
Yes. We can scope quotation approval, billing and invoicing alongside your operational workflow. Tax formats, accounting exports, payment integrations and any statutory reporting requirements must be agreed and validated with your accountant.
We assess the available APIs and permissions for your website, store, forms, accounting tools and other systems. Integration feasibility, data mapping and any third-party charges are confirmed before development.
Yes, subject to export access and data quality. We agree which records to move, map the fields, test an import and review it with your team before the final migration. Cleaning duplicate or incomplete records may require additional work.
Deployment on your server or hosting account can be included. Data access, code handover, administrator credentials and backup responsibilities are documented in the agreement. Hosting under your control does not by itself guarantee data protection; access controls, updates and tested backups still matter.
The proposal defines testing, handover, training and any included defect support. Ongoing maintenance, security updates, backups and future improvements can be arranged separately, with clear ownership of each task.
We have custom CRM project references in manufacturing, electronics repair and signage. Our wider website, ecommerce and software portfolio spans other industries listed on this page. For a new sector, we first assess its workflow, data sensitivity and integration needs; we do not assume one CRM fits every industry.
That requires a separate requirements review covering permissions, audit history, retention, hosting and applicable obligations. We agree the required safeguards with you and your advisers before committing to the scope. A custom build does not automatically establish regulatory compliance.
