By accessing or using Curve Metrics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Curve Metrics provides web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, AI automation, and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms and accounts required for project delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered work. Curve Metrics retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
6. Limitation of Liability
Curve Metrics shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
